Multi-Dimensional Approach

The human experience is a complex series of environmental and emotional events culminating in awareness throughout time. Human experience represents a collection of singular events that shape the objective and subjective realities of what we recognize as life itself. On the surface, the human experience is unique, but as psychology, science, and spirituality have evolved the human experience shows that it has more in common than it has differences. Determining these differences and common dimensions of the human experience, while addressing the unique identity is the key to evolving the holistic view of self-awareness and overall wellness.

Whole Person Approach

Because the goal of dimensional psychology is to develop holistic wellbeing in physical and emotional states, the whole person needs to be part of the whole solution. This approach to wellness integrates a larger set of influences ranging from but not limited to diet, lifestyle, emotional, spiritual, and environmental. The approach is not modality dependent and allows for any clinical or therapeutic intervention to be used in building the multi-dimensional approach.
